Dinner with kids made easy.

A nightly game to spark conversations and encourage good eating.

Nothing is better than a fun family dinner

But with kids, sometimes fun gives way to frustration

DinnerPal is a nightly game designed to help families with children to make dinner time easier. That means less squabbles and more quality family time. DinnerPal creates a fun environment that sparks conversations and where kids create a healthy relationship with food.

Setup

To start your subscription, we'll send you our magnetic frame. Each month you get a fresh game layout to put in the frame, complete with themed stickers for decoration. Once the board is hung up, and all the pieces are on the start space, game play begins!

Gameplay

Every night after a successful dinner, the kids will excitedly move their pieces and draw a corresponding nightly card. Most nights, the cards have family conversation starters or food fun facts, but some nights the card indicates that it’s “prize night."

Prizes

Each month, there will be five prepackaged prizes per child - such as a toy car, bubbles, or small figurine. You get to choose from our list of prizes beforehand to fill your box to ensure your child's excitement.

Repeat

And that’s it! Next month, put the new game design up, decorate with the new sticker pack, and start the fun!
DinnerPal+ is the perfect solution for your little picky eater. Struggling to introduce new foods and worrying about your child’s nutrition? Don’t worry, that is totally normal! Over twenty percent of kids struggle with picky eating, and we are here to help.

DinnerPal+ is based on the same game as DinnerPal - a fun and simple solution to make dinner time easy. If you haven’t yet read the description for DinnerPal yet we ask you do so before discovering more about DinnerPal+.

So now that you’ve seen the board and the prizes - what is DinnerPal+? DinnerPal+ is a personalized guide for introducing new foods to your child. Based on the science of food aversion therapy, we try to help you introduce food in a pain-free way. By taking our quiz, we will provide a personalized plan of action for introducing foods. As often as you like you can update your progress, and we will update our plan for you.

Normally these strategies can cost hundreds of dollars per hour at a food psychologist, but we believe everybody deserves to know these techniques. Our recommendations of new foods are easily integrated into the DinnerPal game system, making this the easiest way to overcome food anxiety.
